The service group at Sunridge Nissan are the best I have ever dealt with. I have been going there for about 13 years now and have never felt that I was being billed unfairly. They are efficient and one of the friendliest groups around. The courtesy drivers are second to none and Clinton my advisor is superb!

I recently purchased a 2013 Juke and have fond memories of this dealership when I owned an Xterra from '03-'07. This month I entered the dealership on a whim just to look around about 45min prior to closing. Before I knew it, I was buying new wheels. It was my intention to do so within a few months anyway, but these guys had such a good deal and were so accommodating that I had to take advantage. The GM and Financial Services Manager worked overtime to help me that day and when I returned the following week to pick up the Juke, they nearly dropped everything to help me, even though I arrived much later than planned. I even had to return my leased vehicle and someone accompanied me, patiently waiting to drive me back to Nissan as I completed the 40min process at the other dealership.

I am thrilled to return to Sunridge Nissan and at this point, have nothing but 5 star expectations. If anything changes, I'll certainly be writing about it.

Had a great experience with buying my car off Aman! He was friendly and his manager Ted was extremely helpful and Kasem help calm me when I thought up and tam I might not get financing, not only did he get me finacing but he got me 0%. I just recently went in to get my first service done and the people were so friendly and the general manager.

I live in the NW and so this dealership was a little ways away for me. However, I'm glad I went because the service I received was excellent! I'm currently considering a new Nissan vehicle and really had no idea which car is available and which one best suits me. I was approached by Ted Lam who was very polite and knowledgeable and made my car shopping experience very memorable. He was able to answer any questions I had and he also addressed any issues I presented to him. Very happy with the customer service I received!

Nailed it! I shopped around for the last week or so bought a Juke on Wednesday, picked it up today! You should see it! Gold paint, AWD, leather, Navigation. I LOVE IT. The sales guy Dana was super helpful, and super nice, we spent several hours trying different cars/models/features and we finally settled on the Juke. Such a hard barter to, but I dont care, I got it to the price I needed eventually and I couldn't be happier. The best part was, because I told him of the problems my dad had with Honda, when I went to pick the car up today he had it covered in a silk cloth, and went over EVERY INCH of the car with me. Just to prove that I was getting the perfection I paid for. The sales manager Ted even gave me his card and said if I run into any problems to call him. Satisfaction. I have it.

I bought my first brand new car from these guys a few years ago. My dad bought a new Frontier from them last fall, and I just rolled out for my second new car. I did spoil myself and get a new Altima, and I am 100% satisfied with the sales help. He didnt hide anything, he showed me the MSRP, showed me the financing %'s, what my payments would come to, and didnt put any pressure on me at all. I was working with Brandon while picking out my car and we really got along. So much so that he took a big risk and had an Autobot sticker plastered to my hood. AND I AM IN LOVE WITH 'wait for it' .... ALTIMAS PRIME! Yes I named my car that! Long story short, my entire family swears by this dealership.
